Student Engagement Team (SET):

Support student leaders on the SET team through facilitating weekly 1:1 and team meetings
Take lead role in managing SET’s social media pages
Participate in the planning and implementation of meaningful events and experiences for UJ students
Attend SET events and assist with set up and clean up.

Intramurals:

Build and facilitate registration process for all intramural sports.
Assist with set up, implementation, and tear down of intramural activities.
Provide leadership to Work Study students during intramural activities.

Student Senate:

Attend weekly Student Senate meetings.
Assist with Student Senate functions.

Welcome Weekend:

Assist with the planning and training of Welcome Weekend Leaders.
Be a consistent presence throughout all Welcome Weekend activities.

Student Engagement:

Maintain Lyngstad and Badal Nafus Student Center bulletin boards ensuring posters are appropriate and current.
Hold a minimum of 10 regularly scheduled office hours per week.
Contribute to the Student Affairs team and be available for departmental support as schedule allows.

Must be accepted as a full-time, degree-seeking student in the UJ Leadership graduate program.
Demonstrate commitment to the mission of the University of Jamestown.
Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated, self-reflective, and to conduct oneself in an ethical and professional manner.
